Using the service

By creating designs or placing an order with Our Story Puzzle you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to place an order. The service is for customers in the United States.

Your photos and permission

You must have the right and permission to upload every photo you provide. If a photo shows another person, you confirm they are happy for you to use it. Photos of children may be uploaded only by an adult with permission.

You own your photos. You grant us a limited license to use them, and the designs created from them, only to create your designs and produce your order.

Content rules

Do not upload photos or request designs that include copyrighted characters, brands or logos, celebrities or other people without their permission, or anything unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit. We may decline or cancel any design or order that breaks these rules.

AI-created designs

Designs are created with AI and may vary in likeness and detail. You see them for free before you choose, and you are never charged for designs you do not order. Designs are created for you and are for your personal use.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Free shipping inside the US. Payments are processed by Stripe. Reserving a design costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please check your address carefully before you pay.

Refunds and reprints

Our refund and reprint policy forms part of these terms.

Report a problem

If you see a problem with the site, a design or content you think breaks these rules, email hello@ourstorypuzzle.com. We respond within 48 hours.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@ourstorypuzzle.com. Our designated agent registration with the US Copyright Office is pending.

Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; identification of the infringing material and where it is located; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

We remove material promptly when we receive a valid notice, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Liability and changes

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We may update these terms, and the version on this page applies when you use the service.
